This weekend is designed for you to give yourself the gift of time. Time to listen, time to reflect, time to heal, time to just BE without any other responsibilities. 

Our host's beautiful home is set on 42 acres, with open skies and fresh, fresh air. You’ll practice mindful yoga with Lisa, get a dose of clarity with Robin, meditate, journal, hike, sit by the lake and spend time relaxing and restoring. Our magical chef, Katharine, will be serving up her soulful, locally grown, wholesome cuisine. To deepen your weekend, Wendy will be on hand to give you the gift of Reiki and Deirdre to soothe you even further with Thai Massage.

Singing Bowl Sound Healing Sound

Sound is the first sense we perceive in the womb and the last as we leave our bodies. The sound vibrations of multiple Tibetan Singing Bowls release toxins on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. Since our bodies are made of 70% water which is a great conductor of energy, everyday stresses and worries will melt away effortlessly. The bowls will be played close to, and sometimes on the body for deeper healing. You will leave feeling lighter and more in harmony.

Restorative Yoga and Reiki

In this workshop, you will explore different modalities of yoga practices that may relieve some of the symptoms and physical manifestations often associated with anxiety - which includes difficulty falling and staying asleep, irritability, edginess, worries about job responsibilities and performance, health related corners, financial issues and challenges and life in general. The workshop will include yoga and restorative poses, breath awareness, body scan meditation, Reiki and essential oil therapy.
